1.Booking and Payment:

1.1. A booking is considered a request and will be verified via text.

1.2. Payment for services is due in full prior to the commencement of the photography session or event unless under certain packages..

1.3. Additional expenses incurred during the provision of services, such as travel expenses, will be billed to the Client and must be paid within the specified timeframe. (Travel fees are roughly 50 cents per mile)

2. Copyright and usage

2.1. The Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images taken during the photography session or event.

2.2. The Client is allowed to use the images for personal or business purposes, including but not limited to printing, publishing on social media, and displaying on personal or business websites.

2.3. The Photographer may use the images for promotional purposes, including  advertising, marketing materials, and online portfolios.

3.Image Delivery

3.1. The Photographer will provide the Client with a selection of edited images within the agreed-upon timeframe. (This timeframe will vary)

3.2. Images will be delivered in digital format on a Pixieset.

4.Cancellation and Rescheduling:

4.1. If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a photography session or event, they must provide notice to the Photographer as soon as possible.

4.2. Bookings canceled due to weather or sickness can be rescheduled or refunded. (Full refunds are available if canceled 24 hours prior to the event)
